A Tidbit of Inspiration For Your Day

This one’s going to be short and sweet. A quote I shared to close out a workshop I facilitated last Friday

Our group of 18 leaders had gathered in a circle of chairs. One by one each person shared one word or phrase to capture what they’d gained for themselves from the day as they consider their next chapter.

After expressing my wish for each of them the gifts of “courage, compassion, and the company of caring others” (shall we call these Em’s 3 C’s?!) – I read out loud these words:

“What is standing backstage, in the wings of my life, waiting to make its entrance?”

My thought was to offer both a challenge – and a hope – for everybody as we closed out our day.

I hope this quote challenges – and inspires – you today!
